Selected trade projects and larger mandates
Alongside product sourcing, we consider selected larger trade or industrial projects where the scope is clear and the risk can be managed properly.
Selected trade projects and larger mandates
Alongside product sourcing, we consider selected larger trade or industrial projects where the scope is clear and the risk can be managed properly.
This may include structured product supply, consolidated purchasing, equipment sourcing, or project-specific procurement support.
A credible mandate starts with clarity.
For commodity-type or industrial-scale opportunities, we only engage when the mandate is specific and credible: clear product specs, realistic volumes, payment structure, inspection points, logistics route, compliance requirements and decision-maker authority.
What a usable mandate includes
The essentials should be defined early enough for us to assess feasibility, responsibility, and risk.
Clear product specifications
Define the exact product, materials, dimensions, standards, tolerances, packaging, and any required certifications so suppliers can quote against the same brief.
Realistic volumes
State the initial order quantity, expected repeat volume, and acceptable minimums. Credible quantities allow us to assess supply capacity and pricing properly.
Payment structure
Set out the proposed deposit, balance-payment timing, currency, banking route, and any documentary or performance conditions attached to payment.
Inspection points
Identify when quality should be checked—before production, during production, before shipment, or before the balance is released—and what evidence is required.
Logistics route
Clarify the origin, destination, preferred transport method, Incoterm, delivery window, and who is responsible at each stage of the route.
Compliance requirements
List the regulations, testing, labelling, customs, safety, or market-entry requirements that the product and transaction must satisfy.
Decision-maker authority
The mandate should come from someone authorised to approve suppliers, commercial terms, inspections, payments, and the final decision to proceed.
Put the opportunity in clear terms.
If you have a serious project, send a concise mandate. We will review it and respond with either next steps or a clear no.
On the ground in Macau. Connected across routes.
Macau is small, but it sits in a useful place: close to China’s supply chain, connected to international trade flows, and culturally closer to Europe than many people expect.
As a “station,” our role is to help goods, information and decisions move between markets with less friction.
We are useful when you need:
A China-side contact for European buyers
A Europe-facing contact for selected China-side buyers
Practical communication across time zones and business cultures
Verification before trust
Inspection before balance payment
A clear answer, even when the answer is “do not proceed”
Not every route should be taken.
We help you choose the ones that are real.
Cheap quotes are easy.
Reliable trade decisions are harder.
